# Key points
## Climate Risk Institute’s contract with [[Canadian Forest Service]]
- Rik Logtenberg and Suzanne Seiling’s previous contract with Canadian Forest Service was three years long, and their rate was $550 a day. [30:58]
- Eco Analytics is moving away from paying Climate Risk Institute a daily rate for work, to paying for deliverables. This means Eco Analytics will pay for work that gets done, rather than paying for a certain amount of time, which protects Eco Analytics if the work takes longer than expected. [34:09]
## Division of labour between Rik and Suzanne
- Rik Logtenberg prefers that Suzanne Seiling take the lead on the project for the first part, since she already knows it, and it will give them a chance to refine certain systems and processes that still aren’t fully refined yet. They can then do a handoff. [33:41]
## Balancing Suzanne’s rate
- Rik Logtenberg is open to using some of the Canada budget to balance out Suzanne Seiling’s rate, since part of her time is spent helping refine general Canada systems, not just the fan work [35:38]
